David Story is an American singer-songwriter from Dayton, Ohio. He released his first album in 2007, and has since released five more. David pours his life and his experiences into his craft. In each song you can hear where he has been, and where he is headed. And he makes you want to go there with him.
Drawing from musical influences such as David Gray, Paul Simon, John Mayer, and Coldplay, he is continually exploring the many realms of songwriting and storytelling. In an acoustic setting, David creates an intimate atmosphere with his impressive guitar skills and his ravishing vocal timbre.
No matter what genre Story may venture into on any given song, it is the man himself who is contained in every one of them, and that’s what makes each song a true Story.
