Every festive occasion, we will try our best to celebrate it with the trafficked survivors. This year’s Chinese New Year, we had the opportunity to conduct an arts and crafts session with the children trafficked survivors. The survivors decorated their lovely paper lanterns with flowers and wrote Chinese auspicious characters such as “Prosperity”, “Love” & “Togetherness”.
Before we left, we had tea together over mandarin oranges and fried vermicelli specially prepared by our volunteer from Vietnam. It was a great time of bonding and fun!
